"I took the Ladies Etiquette & Empowerment Course and absolutely loved it. My favourite things were the personalised feedback and Emma's approach to training. Throughout the course, Emma was always there to give us encouragement and constructive feedback. She was also always willing to answer our questions.
Emma also focuses on enhancing our natural grace and elegance instead of producing cookie cutters. I finished the course feeling more like 'me', as I had slowly lost the social/situational discomfort that I think just came from not knowing what to do.
